HOW IS MY INFORMATION SECURED?
The information you provide is used purely to verify your age. BlueCheck never shares or sells data to third parties.
Your privacy and security are important to us. BlueCheck utilizes multi-layer data encryption to ensure data is securely transmitted and stored, to protect against malicious actors and to safeguard the verification process.
BlueCheck will store your name, DOB, and address so that BlueCheck can verify you without photo ID if you order again.
HOW LONG DOES VERIFCATION TAKE?
BlueCheck can verify about 90% of U.S. customers instantly using basic personal information.
If you cannot be verified automatically, you must submit a picture of your photo ID or provide the last 4 digits of your social security number to be manually verified. This process is easy and takes placed within the BlueCheck popup. Once submitted, it will take around 10 seconds to verify you, depending on the numbers of requests in queue. You may cover other sensitive information, just make sure that you name, date of birth, expiration, and enough of the ID is clear and visible to verify that it is real.
DO I HAVE TO BE VERIFIED EVERYTIME I ORDER?
Once you are verified the first time, returning customers are automatically recognized as verified on return and will not need to verify again unless the name on your shipping address has changed.
