Return Policy

Oasis Vape House Blend E-Liquid

Oasis Vape retains an all sales are final policy for all e-liquid, open container products, cartridges and DIY supplies. An exception may be made if the product purchased is significantly not as described as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date. Oasis Vape measures and dispenses all house blends carefully utilizing the highest quality machinery to ensure that every bottle is made accurately. NO REFUNDS.

 

Premium and Nic Salt E-Liquid

Oasis Vape retains an all sales are final policy for all premium and nic salt e-liquid. An exception may be made if there is a manufacturer defect - as long as it is within 14-days of the original purchase date. NO REFUNDS.

 

Accessories, Chargers, Devices, Hardware, Coils, and all other products

Oasis Vape retains an all sales are final policy for all accessories, devices, hardware, coils, and all other products.  An exception may be made if there is a manufacturer defect - as long as it is within 14-days of the original purchase date. NO REFUNDS.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

Refund Policy

Oasis Vape House Blend E-Liquid

Oasis Vape will make every attempt to correct a faulty order by remaking the order or issuing store credit. In some cases a refund may be issued.

In most circumstances where store credit is issued, Oasis Vape will not provide credit for shipping costs

In the event that you would like to contact us regarding a product that is significantly not as described, please fill out the form in our contact us page with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue within 30-days of the original purchase date. We normally respond within 1-2 business days. If you are a local customer in AZ or NM and made a purchase in-store, please visit the location in which your purchase was made. 

 

Premium and Nic Salt E-Liquid

Oasis Vape will only issue store credit or provide an exchange for customers that experience a manufacturer defect with their Premium or Nic Salt e-liquid purchase. This will be determined on a case by case basis. If you receive an incorrect item: the bottle must remain unopened for us to provide an exchange. 

In most circumstances where store credit is issued, Oasis Vape will not provide credit for shipping costs.

Customers will be required to return the e-liquid, along with with original packaging, before an exchange can be processed.

Replacement Policy

Please verify the following details before placing your order:

*Nicotine level

*Shipping Address

Please note: Oasis Vape is not responsible or obligated to provide a replacement for any order that has incorrect information selected or provided by the customer. For incorrect addresses: Oasis Vape may reship the order (at no additional cost) to the correct address - once it has been returned to us. Please confirm your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

You must contact us within 72 hours of your delivery date to report any issues with your order. 

In certain circumstances, Oasis Vape may provide a partial store credit, less shipping costs, for (confirmed) lost packages. This will be determined on a case by case basis and Oasis Vape will not provide a replacement or store credit for a lost package more. 

Oasis Vape will require that proof, such as an image of the incorrect item, an image of the packing slip, and/or an image of items received be sent to our help email: help@oasisvape.com before a replacement or credit can be processed.

Oasis Vape will only provide a replacement of the originally purchased item(s). We do not accept returns of open items. Please dispose of any e-liquid or lithium ion batteries following local/state environmental standards. 

 

Order Cancellation 

Orders placed within two hours may be canceled per your request. Please contact us via email at help@oasisvape.com or by calling (844)535-8273 option 3. Orders placed after regular business hours will be canceled at the beginning of the next business day.
