Oasis Vape retains an all sales are final policy for all of our juice, open container products, cartridges and DIY supplies. An exception can be made if the product purchased is significantly not as described as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date. Oasis Vape measures and dispenses all blends carefully utilizing the highest quality machinery to ensure that every bottle is made accurately.
Oasis Vape will make every attempt to correct a faulty order by remaking the order or issuing store credit. In some cases a refund may be issued.
In the event that you would like to contact us regarding a product that is significantly not as described, please fill out the form in our contact us page with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. We normally respond within 1-2 business days. If you are a local customer in AZ or NM, please visit the location in which your purchase was made.

Please note: Oasis Vape is not responsible or obligated to provide a replacement for any order that has incorrect information selected or provided by the customer. We will, however, either provide partial store credit or - for incorrect addresses, reship the order, at no additional cost, to the correct address once it has been returned.
